I recently had a solar power system installed by 1st Call Services, and I’m very pleased with the entire experience. I obtained quotes from three suppliers—two recommended by Which and Octopus Energy, my current energy provider. First Call offered the best system, especially considering I was focused on achieving a strong payback period. They were very helpful throughout the process and answered all of my many questions, as I initially knew very little about solar power. From start to finish, the whole process took about four weeks, including the installation. The teams who handled the scaffolding and installation were polite, efficient, and professional, and they ensured all waste was removed before leaving. Overall, they demonstrated a smooth and well organised process from beginning to end.

We recently had our old boiler replaced. The guys that came to our house were amazing. They came just gone 8am and didn't stop till the job was complete just after 4pm. They explained to my elderly parents what was going to happen and made sure that they had enough water for the time that the water was going to be off. They covered our stairs to help with the footfall of going up and down. These guys were very professional and left no mess. I highly recommend them and so does my elderly parents .
